It Is Insanely Creepy is the second episode of The Amazing Race 1.

For this leg of the race, you will go to a small African country. You will go to the capital of this French-speaking republic and find the world’s biggest voodoo market. It is here that you will find your next clue.

Who’s ready for some voodoo?

Togo has the worlds biggest voodoo fetish market. Amongst these fetishes are lots and lots of animal parts. In this roadblock, you will guess what animals these fetishes once belonged to. Once you have them all correct, a host will hand you your next clue.

Find the roundabout near the Lomé port. Once there, you will find your next clue.

Find The Boat or Find The Man. Your choice.

In Find The Boat, you will search through Google Maps, in Lomé, for the boat seen in the link. Go to satellite view, and check the photos in the bottom of the page. Find the boat, tell a host the location and user who uploaded this picture. If you are correct, the host will hand you your next clue.

In Find The Man, you have to find the name of a famous Togolese person, by unscrambling “suilo iaaty”. When you have the correct name, tell a host and you will get your next clue.

Go from Lomé to the northern part of Togo. Near the end, close to Ghana and Burkina Faso, you will find a town. Find out what town this is, and go to that town’s market. It is there that you will find your next clue.

Find the capital of the Kara region of Togo. In this city’s university, you will find the Pit Stop for this leg of the race. The last team to check in here, may be eliminated.
